Customer information and privacy

R & J Customs asks for contact information, a phone number, order details and, when needed, a shipping address to prepare custom order quotes and communicate about requests.

Information used for quotes

When you use our secure Wix-hosted quote form, your name, contact information, project details, shipping information and order-term acknowledgement are transmitted to Wix Forms. Confirmed submissions are saved in the R & J Customs Forms dashboard. The optional email request form on the website only prepares a message addressed to randjcustoms2024@gmail.com; your data is not emailed unless you press Send in your mail app. The form does not collect payment or confirm orders.

Shipping and tracking

For shipped products, R & J Customs reviews the order and destination and provides shipping availability, charges, and an estimated timeframe with the quote before an order is confirmed. No shipping charge or payment is collected by this website form. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers should provide accurate shipping details and contact the business promptly about shipping issues. If a shipment has a carrier tracking number, it can be provided to the email selected in the order request; automatic tracking emails are not currently enabled.

Customers requesting shipment must acknowledge the shipping disclosure on the order form before preparing an email request. Read shipping and local pickup information.

Custom artwork

Please submit only artwork and logos you own or have permission to use. Availability and production feasibility are reviewed before an order is accepted.

The website quote-request form uses Wix Forms to store customer enquiries. Payments, automatic tracking updates and online checkout are not enabled yet. This policy will be updated if additional integrations are introduced.
