Need your custom apparel, tumblers, signs or gifts shipped? We review delivery details with your order request so you know what to expect before agreeing to an order.

Payment and shipping quotes

Submitting an order request is not a completed purchase or payment. We review product availability, artwork, quantities, applicable taxes, shipping eligibility, postage and related charges before providing your final quote. Payment in full is required before custom production begins; R & J Customs does not take deposits for custom orders. Once the final amount and design details are confirmed, we will arrange payment. The current quote form does not collect payment or create a shipping label.

Production and delivery estimates

Custom products may need time for artwork review, preparation and production before they can ship. Delivery timing can depend on the order, shipping destination and carrier. Any production or delivery timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If your project has a deadline, include it in your request so we can discuss options before accepting the order.

Shipping addresses

Please include the correct recipient name, full street address, city, state, ZIP code and country when requesting shipping. Verify the information before sending your request. Contact R & J Customs as soon as possible if anything changes; address corrections may not be possible after dispatch.

Tracking and delivery questions

When a carrier supplies a tracking number, we can share it with the order-update or tracking email you provide. Automatic tracking emails are not currently enabled. For a late, missing or damaged package, contact us promptly with your order details. For damage, keep the packaging and take photos so we can review the issue and discuss next steps.

Local pickup

Local pickup at 170 Broadway Ave South, Cokato, MN 55321 can be arranged when your order is ready. Our walk-in retail storefront is still being prepared; its planned hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM Central, with the opening date to be announced. Please arrange pickup rather than arriving unannounced before the opening.
